Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $29.99.

International Shipping

HustleSight ships to most international destinations. However, certain products may be restricted from international delivery depending on local regulations.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us by email and include your order number.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on eligible online purchases.

You may return most new, unopened, or faulty items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Return Processing

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed within 2–4 business days.

Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused

  • With original labels attached

For shoes, please try them on indoors to ensure proper sizing while maintaining original condition for potential exchanges.


Bundles & Promotional Items

If your order included a free gift or promotional item and a return causes the order to fall below the required promotional threshold, the gift must also be returned.

If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.


Mystery Gift Usage

Mystery gifts included in promotions are intended for use on future purchases and cannot be applied to the order in which they were received. Additional terms may apply depending on the promotion.


How to Request a Return

You may start an exchange through our self-service exchange portal.

If you prefer a refund, please email us with the following information:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Photo and/or video of the product 

  5. Preferred resolution (refund, store credit, or coupon)

Once approved, please ship the product in protective packaging (preferably original packaging) to the return address provided by Customer Care.
